I'm Jenna Carelli and I am here to show you that achieving your health and fitness goals doesn't have to take you away from your friends, family and community. 

I believe that the diet that works best for you is the one you can stick to forever, NOT the short-term fad diets that don't last. (And newsflash, the diet that lasts can also WORK).

I know what it's like to wonder if you can ever find a diet that works and that you can stick too.

Growing up, I rebelled against dieting by eating how society taught me to eat (like a bird), and bingeing on the good stuff behind closed doors or with my closest friends.

In college, I was trapped in the "eat 1,000 calories, burn 1,000 calories" mentality that not only left me with ZERO energy, but completely DESTROYED my metabolism. After years of yo-yo dieting, my body literally could not handle more than 1,200 calories per day or I would gain 10 pounds immediately.

I NEEDED A BREAKTHROUGH and I found one that met my realistic standards when I became educated in macronutrient distribution. No more ultra-restrictive dieting methods. No more horrific fad diets. I am now averaging 2,000 calories per day, at my lowest body fat percentage, and in complete control of my body, and you can be too!
